my item arrived damaged/faulty. what do i do?
In the case you receive damaged goods, please contact our customer service team at sales@scortezzbeauty.com, with your order number and attached photos of the damaged item. You will have 14 days from receiving the item to be able to return your product(s).
i've changed my mind and don't want the products anymore, can i get a refund?
Due to Australian Occupational Health & Safety regulations, we do not allow exchanges or refunds for change of mind. Our 30 day money back guarantee is only applicable for faulty or damaged items.

We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.
Do you offer a Pro discount?
At this time, Scortezz Beauty unfortunately does not offer a discount for professional makeup artists.

why do my lashes look different to the ones pictured on the site?
All Scortezz Beauty lashes are hand made, so there may be slight variants to the style of lash you order.
how long will my order take to arrive?
This is all dependant on the shipping method you choose (PRODUCT QUANTITY MAY IMPACT THE PRICE OF SHIPPING).
Due to social distancing circumstances surrounding COVID-19, please allow an additional 1-2 days for order processing and up to 14 business days for shipping, subject to change.
do you offer free shipping options?
Yes! We offer free STANDARD shipping on domestic orders (Australia) over $75, and on international orders over $200.
